Employment Verifications

We currently offer three types of employment verifications: Standard, Detailed, and Custom. To order an employment verification report, enter the SSN and choose which type of report you would like. If you have any questions regarding employment verifications contact Nigel Bush at 214-306-7559
Standard - $5.00*

The standard employment verification will be e-mailed to you immediately on receipt of payment. This report includes the following information on the requested employee:

Name
SSN
Date of Birth
Hire Date
Term Date
 
Detailed - $15.00*
SSN:
The detailed report includes all of the information from the standard report as well as current payroll information. Please allow up to one week for delivery via E-mail.
 
Custom - $20.00*

If you have your own form you would like filled out, select the custom report. You will be required to fax us the form you would like filled out. After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions.
