Mr. Ruiz is a licensed Polygraph Examiner and Loss Prevention Interviewer. He has performed polygraph examinations since 1982 in both the law enforcement and private sectors.
He served with the Dallas Police Department before joining the F. B. I.. Due to his interrogation skills and linguistic abilities Mr. Ruiz was assigned to the Bureau’s Foreign Counter Intelligence Division.
Since joining the private sector, Mr. Ruiz has successfully resolved various cases where normal law enforcement methods have failed. These cases have included such crimes as murder, theft, and product tampering.
Mr. Ruiz is a graduate of the University of Texas El Paso, Dallas Police Academy and FBI Academy. A believer in education, he continues to add to his educational credentials. |

He has completed the polygraph program at the University of Houston, the Security Instructors program at Texas A & M University and he attends the Texas Association of Law Enforcement Polygraph Investigators 40 hour training program at the Texas Department of Public Safety Academy in Austin, TX every year.
Mr. Ruiz oversees all Ruiz Protective Service, Inc.’s operations and personally coordinates all investigations and polygraph services.
Mr. Lauderdale is a licensed polygraph examiner. He served as a Sergeant on the Homicide Squad of the Dallas Police Department for thirty years. After retiring with the Dallas Police Department in 1985, Mr. Lauderdale went into private practice as a polygraph examiner.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the private sector, Mr. Lauderdale is Ruiz Protective Service, Inc.’s Chief Polygraph Examiner.
